Timing
Production and dispatch estimates depend on the garment, availability and decoration. Product-specific estimates take priority. Contact us before ordering for a fixed event deadline; delivery transit time is additional to production and dispatch.

Standard goods
For eligible standard, non-personalised consumer purchases online, you normally have 14 days after receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. The full policy explains return costs, handling and refunds.
Clearly personalised goods
Items made to your specification or clearly personalised are normally excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation. Check sizes and decoration details before confirming your order. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.
